Cancellation policy for consumers

a)
- As consumer you have the right to cancel the order by letter, fax or any other means, also by email, without stating a reason within two weeks of having receivedthe product if you have received the cancellation policy in writing (e.g. letter, fax, email) before having signed the contract.

- You can return the product without stating a reason within one month after having received it if you have received the cancellation policy (in writing e.g. letter, fax, email) after signing the contract.

- The timeframe for cancellation or return of the product/ voicing of the intent to do so, begins on the day you receive this cancellation policy but not before you have received the product and not before we have fulfilled our contracted obligations according to § 312 e passage 1 BGB in connection with § 3 BGB-InfoV, as well as our obligations according to § 312 b passage 1 S. 1 BGB.

C)
Excluded from this policy are all contracts or orders where the product has been tailor made or printed or altered acdording to explicit customer demand. The legal warranty is not subject to this case.

d)
If the customer used the product it has to be paid for. A certain reduction of value due to use of the product is included hereby.

e)
In case of a legal cancellation we will compensate the full price (if it has been paid) within 30 days.

f)
In case of the return of a delivery valued under 40 Euro the customer has to pay for the costs if the product is the same as delivered. In any other case the return is free of charge at least if the full price has already been paid at the time of return.
