Personal data

ZENDOME.shop collects, processes and uses the personal data of any customer in an automated procedure as far as they are necessary for justification, contextual arrangement or change of the contract (inventory data) according to § 5.1 TDDSG / § 14.1 MDStV.
ZENDOME.shop also collects, processes and uses application and accounting data of the customer according to § 6.1 TDDSG / § 15.1 MDStV.

The user can at any time demand disclosure of his stored personal data. Also, he can demand the cancellation of any stored personal data if the terms of contract have been realized and the storage of this data is not required by law.


Non personal data

Following is all the data that is stored with every visit:
-    name of the accessed files
-    date and time of this access
-    the transferred data size
-    the access status (file transferred, file not found, etc)
-    the page from which the file was accessed
-    a description of the used web browser
-    in connection with the access, ZENDOME.shop receives usage data that is stored for statistical reasons and can possibly be used for identification via the IP address. There will be no utilization of personal data.


Passing on your personal data

ZENDOME.shop will only pass on your personal data to third parties if this has been authorized in writing. During the process of authorization the affected customer will be fully informed as to which use this data will be passed on and how this authorization can be cancelled.

ZENDOME.shop will reveal data to state authorities only if required by law (e.g. in the case of criminal prosecution if there is a legal obligation according to the code of criminal procedure or telecommunication laws.
